Maria is a public relations executive with more than two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, B2B and B2C relations before coming to Blue Force. Her innovative concepts, strategies, and social media tactics have been widely used in public outreach campaigns, making her a recognizable name in the worlds of community activism, non-profit fundraising, art, fashion, music, and entertainment.
Maria has steered Fortune 500 companies through numerous crises in order to successfully regain both consumer and shareholder confidence, and has led companies to properly position themselves in highly competitive markets. She has held Vice President positions at luxury retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, the Neiman Marcus Group, Hugo Boss, and Strawbridge’s.
She is a recognized expert in mass communications and multimedia, and is well-versed in all aspects of press, social media, advertising, and event production. Maria has garnered editorial coverage for clients in news outlets including The Wall Street Journal, People Magazine, New York Magazine, New York Daily News, Life & Style Magazine, and Us Weekly.
Francesco comes to Blue Force after working as a mortgage lender and management specialist for more than 12 years. He has worked for companies including Wells Fargo, Citibank and Banco Populare in Rome. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Management from the Università degli Studi di Milano (University of Milan), and an M.B.A. from St. John’s University in New York City.
In love with numbers, Francesco never misses a detail, decimal, or dollar sign. He works with clients to create financial plans when putting together a contract for services, ensuring all parties to the agreement fully understand any complexities, federal and state compliance regulations. His network of vendors, suppliers, and financial consultants across the U.S. and Europe have proven to be valuable time and again for many of the intercontinental programs Blue Force manages.
Marketing Communications Coordinator & Graphic Designer
Sharon brings a variety of design and marketing-focused experience to Blue Force. Her print and illustration design, web graphic concepts, and social media management have been used in multi-pronged global communication campaigns, product trade shows, corporate and public sector advertisements, targeting B2B and B2G relations.
Sharon has headed logistical execution and management of all trade shows, designs and reviews collateral for print and digital mediums, and builds teams of vendors that deliver the best quality materials at the right price. A self-starter who is great with teams and just as comfortable working on her own, Sharon works side-by-side with our teams of subject matter experts to turn ideas into visually appealing content for audiences of all demographics.
